Shop policies
I pack my books in recycled bubblewrap envelopes or small cardboard boxes. Flat artworks are packed either in a cardstock or cardboard envelope, or with reinforcement to avoid bending. I use 1st class international airmail; Please contact me separately if you want insurance or tracking for your shipment. Please also make sure you give me the correct address details when ordering. Unless otherwise mentioned in the listing, you will get the item that is pictured.
Returns are accepted within the first two months after the purchase. Please note that I will not take returns after this period of time has passed; It is your responsibility to check the suitability of your purchase as soon as you receive it. If the item you received is a wrong one, you will get a full refund. Different policy is applied to custom made items: By purchasing a custom made item you have agreed to pay for the work and materials that go into the designing and making of it, which means I will not refund custom made items unless they are faulty or not made according to the plan agreed upon beforehand.
Unfortunately I can't refund or repair items that are lost/damaged in the mail.
